Lindsay still shopaholic despite facing money despair

Despite being advised to be facing some money afflictions, Linsday was spotted out spending some cash on a late night shopping bonanza in West Hollywood last night.

The actress, who spent time trying on new duds at Marc Jacobs, may want to think twice about spending too much – as she is now being sued by the woman whom she chased just before her DUI arrest last July.

Obviously, Rice is seeking damages in the midst of claims that because of the incident, she has had to shell out $7,000 in medical expenses, including those to a $175-per-visit therapist. She also says that she lost her $60,000 paying job.

Rice also said that she spent $3,500 for the therapist in dealing with her trauma. She even saw a physician, a chiropractor, and a pharmacist – and paid $150 for prescriptions.
