Lindsay sued again!

After yesterday’s acquittal, Mean Girls star lindsay Lohan is in trouble again. A woman who was involved in Lindsay’s July 2007 car chases is suing the actress for emotional trauma.

Tracie Rice was in the car with Michele Peck, the mother of Lindsay’s assistant who recently quitted, as Peck was being chased by Lohan. Tracie admits that she lost her well-paying job and suffered an emotional trauma, which was the result of the car incident.

The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages, as well as payment of medical and other expenses. Tracie asserts she thought she was being carjacked at the time of the incident and thought that her life was in great danger. She added that Lindsay’s high-speed chase put her at extreme risk of injury or even death.
