Lindsay up for Ugly Betty

According to Betty star Ana Ortiz, the troubled star Lindsay Lohan was due for a guest appearance on the hit TV show Ugly Betty before the Hollywood writers’ strike halted production.

But Ana still hopes Lindsay will grace the whole cast of the show with her presence one day. Ana Ortiz told OK!: “I think they’re still intending on continuing with that little arc.” Although Ana couldn’t admit too many details on Lindsay’s role, she revealed that Lindsay’s character is within the Suarez family.

“The actress will be playing a former beauty queen who becomes the assistant manager of the fastfood chain where Betty’s dad works,” New York Observer quotes.
